Placing an Order:
When ordering from DogToysDirect.com you will receive two confirmation emails from us. The first one is an
email receipt for your order. The second email will be a confirmation that your
order has been shipped. A tracking number for your order will be sent with this
email if applicable. All orders are packaged and shipped 1-5 days from when your
order is placed. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact us
at Support@DogToysDirect.com Be sure to
include your full name and your order number in the email.
DogToysDirect.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express credit cards.
Any order shipped to an Iowa mailing address is assessed a 7%
sales tax. The sales tax is automatically computed into the checkout process if
you ship to an Iowa mailing address.
Canceling an Order:
Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled, however it may be
returned. Please see our return policy for instructions on how to return an
item or order.
When placing your order, make sure your address is complete and
correct. If an address is incorrect the shipping carrier charges us $5.00 for
the address correction. To recover the costs, we will charge your credit card
for this charge.
Using Promotional Codes:
you join our email newsletter list, you will become eligible for the various
discounts and promotions we offer periodically on select items. Should you
receive a promotion code from us via email, be sure to enter it during checkout
in order to apply the discount that is being offered. Please contact us if you
have any questions or need assistance with this feature. Please note, many
promotional codes and coupons are limited to one per purchase.
