DogToysDirect.com accepts returns for any
item and for any reason as part of our famous "No Questions Asked"
money back guarantee within 30 days of your order date.
To return an item, please email Support@DogToysDirect.com and include your full name, original order number and/or PO
number, what product(s) you are returning and the reason for the return.
We will get back to you as soon as possible with an RMA number (if needed),
directions on how to send your package to us and a return address. Items
returned without contacting us first, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Our Standard Return Policy:
must be received within 30 days of purchase and must have all original
documents and packaging. We will not accept any returns after 30
days and we will ship the product back to you. Returned items must
be in resalable condition or the condition that you received it in.

responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless otherwise
noted. We recommend you insure any return shipments for your
protection. We are not responsible for return
damaged or defective merchandise please see “Damaged or Defective

note that unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we
cannot refund shipping and handling charges. We will issue a credit to the
credit card used for the original purchase.
Damaged or Defective
orders are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box
many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during
shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please contact us at Support@DogToysDirect.com. We will make every
effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at
no extra cost to you.
